NADT Journals (JHSS & JERS)

NADT Journals is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing. These policies govern the editorial, review, and publication practices of the Journal of Humanities & Social Sciences (JHSS) and the Journal of Educational Research & Studies (JERS).

Publication Ethics and COPE Alignment

NADT Journals follows ethical principles consistent with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers are expected to uphold standards of honesty, transparency, accountability, and academic responsibility.

Ethical concerns such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, inappropriate authorship, and conflicts of interest are addressed through fair, confidential, and transparent procedures.

Plagiarism Policy

NADT Journals maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts must be original and properly cited. Similarity checks may be conducted at any stage of the editorial process.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to NADT Journals undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the discipline.

Editorial decisions are made independently, without discrimination or external influence, ensuring fairness and academic credibility.

Copyright and Creative Commons Licensing

Authors publishing in JHSS or JERS retain the copyright of their work. By publishing with NADT Journals, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article as the original publisher.

Published articles are made available under a Creative Commons license, as specified at the time of publication:

  • CC BY (Attribution): Permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper attribution.
  • CC BY-NC (Attribution-NonCommercial): Permits use and distribution for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

The applicable license is clearly indicated on each published article.

UGC-CARE Alignment Statement

NADT Journals endeavours to align its editorial practices with the quality indicators recommended under the UGC-CARE framework, including transparency in peer review, ethical publishing, editorial accountability, and clarity of journal policies.

Compliance with these policies is a mandatory condition for manuscript submission, review, and publication in NADT Journals.
