Publication Ethics

NADT Journals is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. Our ethical framework is guided by the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

All parties involved in the publishing process—authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers—are expected to adhere to the ethical guidelines outlined below.

1. Duties of Authors

  • Authors must submit original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • All sources used must be properly cited, and plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
  • Authorship should accurately reflect contributions to the research and manuscript.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.
  • Data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

2. Duties of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based solely on academic merit.
  • Manuscripts are evaluated without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, or beliefs.
  • Editors ensure a fair, confidential, and timely peer review process.
  • Conflicts of interest must be declared, and editors should recuse themselves where necessary.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers assist editors by providing objective, constructive, and timely evaluations.
  • All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
  • Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited by the authors.
  • Any potential conflict of interest must be reported to the editor.

4. Peer Review Process

NADT Journals follows a double-blind peer review process. The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure impartial evaluation and academic fairness.

5. Plagiarism and Misconduct

All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism using appropriate tools. Manuscripts found to involve plagiarism, redundant publication, or unethical research practices will be rejected.

6. Retractions, Corrections, and Expressions of Concern

In cases of serious ethical violations discovered after publication, NADT Journals may issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern in accordance with COPE guidelines.

7. Ethical Oversight

Research involving human participants or sensitive data must comply with institutional and national ethical standards. Authors may be asked to provide ethical clearance where applicable.

Note: NADT Journals is a newly established academic publishing platform. Our ethical policies may be updated as the journals grow and adopt additional publishing standards and technologies.

8. Reporting Ethical Concerns

Any concerns regarding publication ethics or misconduct should be reported confidentially to the editorial office.
